Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding
public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping
confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rate
We offer FREE international shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase
required.

3. Carriers & Delivery Times
U.S. orders are fulfilled from our U.S. distribution center (3PL) when
available, or shipped directly via EMS from Korea. All other destinations
are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service, Korea Post).

Carrier assignment for U.S. orders depends on inventory availability at
the time of shipment. Delivery times are estimates; customs clearance,
weather, or carrier delays may extend the actual delivery date.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and
customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are
the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in
the product price.

U.S. orders fulfilled from our U.S. 3PL are shipped domestically and
are not subject to import duties. U.S. orders shipped directly from
Korea via EMS may be subject to customs depending on the order value
(U.S. de minimis threshold: USD 800).

We declare the actual product value on all international shipments
in accordance with trade regulations. We cannot mark packages as
"gift" or understate the declared value.

Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges
before placing an order. Refusal to pay customs duties may result in
the package being returned or abandoned, in which case a refund
cannot be guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships. U.S.
3PL shipments are trackable via USPS or UPS; EMS shipments are
trackable via the Korea Post tracking site and your local postal
service once the package enters your country.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of
your order, check your spam folder or contact us at im.global@imco.kr.

6. Delivery Issues
- Lost packages: If tracking shows no update for 7+ business days
  (or 14+ business days for EMS shipments), contact us and we will
  open a carrier investigation.
- Damaged packages: Document damage with photos upon receipt and
  contact us within 48 hours at im.global@imco.kr.
- Incorrect address: We are not responsible for packages delivered
  to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify
  your shipping address at checkout.
- Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned to us due to failed
  delivery, refused customs charges, or unclaimed status, the
  customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

7. Restricted Destinations
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes (except for U.S. 3PL orders
via USPS), APO/FPO addresses, or certain regions due to logistics
or regulatory restrictions. Please contact im.global@imco.kr to
confirm availability for your location.

8. Signature Requirement
Orders with a declared value exceeding USD 500 require signature
upon delivery for security purposes.
