What's the difference between V2, V2 Pro, and V3?

V2: BLDC motor, 62 dB, 12 settings — ideal for small dogs and cats.

Can I use duz on my pet?

Yes. duz dryers are widely used for dogs and cats. The adjustable 360° hose lets you direct airflow while keeping both hands on your pet. Start on a low speed to help your pet get comfortable.

Is it safe for children?

Yes. The V3 features a simple touch panel, triple overheat protection, 30-minute auto shut-off, and a ceramic-coated heater. Always supervise children during use.

How loud is it?

V2 runs at 62 dB and V2 Pro / V3 at 69 dB — both quieter than a standard hairdryer (75 dB) or vacuum cleaner (80 dB).

How do I clean my duz dryer?

Remove the dust filter at the back of the unit and rinse or wipe it clean. We recommend cleaning it every 2–4 weeks depending on use. The detachable hose can also be wiped down separately.

What voltage does it support?

duz dryers support AC 100V, 120V, and 220V (50–60 Hz) depending on the regional model. Check your product label or contact us to confirm your version.
