Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days
of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused, with all original accessories (holster, hose, brush attachments,
  power cable, user manual, warranty card)
- In its original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by the receipt or order number

2. How to Start a Return
Contact us at im.global@imco.kr with:
- Your order number
- Product serial number (found on the rating label of the main unit)
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, size, color, etc.):
  A flat-rate return shipping fee of USD 20 applies.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
  We cover 100% of return shipping costs.

4. Return Address
Once your return is authorized, we will provide the regional return address
and shipping instructions by email. Please do not ship the item before
receiving these instructions.

5. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is
defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery
at im.global@imco.kr with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full
refund, including return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items used beyond trial/inspection
- Items with damaged or missing original packaging, accessories, or seals
- Final sale items or gift cards
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

7. Warranty
All duz products come with a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty from
the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse,
unauthorized modification, or accidental damage.

8. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once
approved) and place a separate order for the new item.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the
statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without
providing a justification, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights
Directive 2011/83/EU. The item must be in the original condition as
described above.

10. Refunds
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your
return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment
method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your
bank or card issuer to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed
since approval and you have not received the refund, contact us at
im.global@imco.kr.
