A dog's behavioral language

A dog's behavioral language

Hello, This is duz:D

I went to a friend's house,

and their dogs was cuddled up next to me, asking for pets.

Then suddenly, it shook itself off and darted away.

At first,  I thought it was because I didn't like my touch, but dogs get excited when they're petted and turn to let go of their excitement.

There are many dog behavioral languages that seemed to know everything, but didn't.

So today, I'm going to find out what the dog's behavior has for a reason 🤗

Yawning

The reason why dogs yawn is not only when they are sleepy, but also beacase they feel bored.

Dogs might yawn to calm themselves down when they feel anxious, or they might yawn as a way to signal to someone else that it's okay and to help them relax.

If a dog is scared in an unfamiliar place, it is said that if the guardian yawns loudly without making eye contact, they are les anxious.

Licking one's nose

The reason a dog licks its nose with its tongue is that it can be licked to express anxiety in a new environment, when another dog approaches itself, when speaking in an angry voice, and so on.

I also lick they nose to smell it well.👃

Lowering the front chest

This posture means "Relax because I don't hurt you" when I meet a puppy I want to be close to, so I don't put my head down and move. 🥰

It is also used when you encounter other kinds of animals and don't know exactly how to behave.

However, it means to play if you don't stay still with your front chest down and wag your tail while running actively.

Turning head

It is an action that means "calm down" or "I have no hostility towards you" to the other person approaching you excitedly. 😅

Just as people feel burdened when they suddenly approach, so do dogs.

Just as people avoid the other person's eyes or turn their heads, dogs turn their heads and avoid their eyes.

When approaching a dog, turn your head and approach slowly and slowly. 😊

Wagging one's tail

As you know a lot, dogs express their feelings with their tails.

Many people think that wagging a dog's tail is a sign of joy.
However, a dog's tail wagging is not always a sign of welcome or pleasure. 😮

If a dog wags its tail, it's because the person thinks it's suspicious.

However, you should be careful because you may misunderstand this signal as being glad to see it and show aggression when approaching it.

If the dog has its tail vertically and shakes it short and strongly, it is in a state of excitement, which can indicate alertness and aggression 😯💦

So far, we've learned about dog behavioral languages, and some of them were similar to what we thought, but some of them were very different from what we thought.

I hope those of you with your dogs helped you understand them.

It's still very hot, so please take care of your health and enjoy your day.

We will come back with a helpful post next time :)💙

Have a great day with the duz '◡'
